Peachey's Roofing and General Construction is owned and operated by Abram Peachey, based in Goshen, Indiana. We've been roofing in Elkhart County since April 2016.

Today the crew is 12 people. We're not the flashiest outfit in the phone book. We're the ones who show up, do the work to code, and stand behind it with a five-year warranty. No high-pressure sales, no deductible tricks, no surprises on the invoice.

How long has Peachey's Roofing been in business?

Abram Peachey started the business in April 2016 because he saw a need for an honest, transparent crew. Today the crew is 12 people.

Is Peachey's Roofing insured?

Yes. We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance through Travelers. We are bonded in every county we work in. We do not say 'licensed and insured' as a catch-all — we name the actual carrier and the actual limit, because that's what a homeowner should be able to verify.

What does the warranty cover?

We provide a five-year warranty on all work we perform. This covers our workmanship — and it's transferable if the home is sold, which most workmanship warranties in this trade are not. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate, registered by you, and vary by product. See our warranty page for the full explanation.

Is Peachey's Roofing accredited by the BBB?

Yes. We are a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, accredited since June 2023.

What credentials does Peachey's hold?

We are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster, and an EcoStar Gold Star Certified Contractor. In Michigan, we hold Residential Builder / Maintenance & Alteration licence number 2401074, issued by LARA. Indiana does not license roofing contractors at the state level — so our Indiana credentials are bonds and municipal registrations (Elkhart County, South Bend, Mishawaka, and Plymouth), not a state licence.
